CV and Registration forms.
Jobseekers CV creation isfree and optional. Users can choose to allow their CV to be searchable byauthorised studentjobspace.co.nz advertisers and employers or remain private. If private,users can then use their CV to apply for a job online. A job hunter can alsochoose to have their CV searchable but have their Name and contact detailswithheld and/or restricted access by specified companies for privacy purposes.
Registration is optionalfor job hunters to view adverts, but essential for advertisers and employers. Registrationis required by jobseekers that wish to create their ‘My Agent’ Job mail andcreate their CV.
Advertisers and employersare required to complete registration forms to enable activation of theiraccount with studentjobspace.co.nz and The Job Agency Ltd.
Disclosure of information to third parties
studentjobspace.co.nz and The Job Agency Limited do not disclose/sell/ or makeavailable in any way business or personal information to third parties exceptin the following circumstances:
- If a job seeker selects to allow their CV to be searchable, the advertisers/employers with authorised access to studentjobspace.co.nz CV database will have access to those job hunters details.
- If required to legally do so we may disclose information as requested to the relevant and authorised governmental and legal authorities.
Maintaining your personal and business information
All registered site users may update, view, modify their accountprofiles and preferences at any time through their personalisedmanagement area.
